Please remember that we need to fill the four plot characters still open, and to keep your number of character genders roughly even.

Welcome all new members! Roleplaying is currently not an option, just for a bit, while we wait for Jak to finish the Vetray territory. So, please do not start any threads in pack camp or terra. However, feel free to create bios and chat=] You will be able to roleplay soon. Also, the Vetray leader position is open, as well as all Second-in-commands, Healers, and plot characters.

Four will be born
And they will be your only hope...

While the packs enjoy an unnatural stretch of peace between them, the gods are in peril. Those who have lived in peace for so long are now warring. And the gods of hate, sickness, and war are winning. In a last desperate attempt, the losing gods gift four cats, one from each pack, with incredible gifts in hopes that they will be able to guide the others through the harsh and horrible times to come. But some just aren't able to let go, and then others must come to battle...

And for some reason no one finds it odd when they find two kittens, barely old enough to leave the nursery, battling in the forest with unsheathed claws. They take the kittens back, letting them pick which pack they join. One kit, black with red streaks, who's name is apparently Kapriki(Ka-PREE-kee), joins the darkest race, while the other, a light colored kit who's name is Fauna, joins the most mysterious race. Only after does a healer notice that they carry the names and appearance of the two arch enemy gods, Fauna; the god of love and good, and Kapriki, the god of war and evil. And soon after this healer mysteriously disappears. What do these two mysterious kits bring? And if the cats of the forest don't figure it out in time, it could tear the entire forest apart...

[ ]Fallen log
The Fallen log is where the leader of the Vedrana can address the pack and make announcements. It is a large log that has fallen sideways unto a large mound of dirt near the NorthWest side of the camp. There are small stumps from former branches scattered around it, but the center is clear, worn smooth by generations of use; this is where the leader makes it's announcements.

[ ]Leader's Den
The mound of dirt upon which the Fallen log is resting on also serves as the Leader's den. The mound has hardened over the years, and the earthen walls are sturdy. The den is actually quite large, once you get inside. Bracken, brambles, and such have grown on the top of the mound, leaving only a small path on the side clear that is used as a ramp.

[ ]Main camp
The middle of the Main Vedrana camp. Always bustling with activity, the camp center is usually quite busy. A pile of Fresh Prey is located near the real center, and den entrances branch out on all sides.

[ ]Warriors' Den
Located under the low branches of a thick pine. The low branches curve downward, creating a bristly wall and a surprisingly large den space. In one area a branch is missing, creating a narrow entryway. An old tree stump is located on the west side, creating an enclosed patch of land where the grass is long and soft and where Warriors tend to relax.

[ ]Apprentices' Den
The Apprentices' Den can be found directly opposite the Warriors', near the Camp entrance and slightly to the left. It is made in the skeleton of a large old bramble, the prickly stems cleared away in the center of the bush, leaving space for nests. There are sticks woven into the outer shell of prickly spines, making quite a sturdy and warm den.

[ ]Healer's Den and Nursery
Located Opposite the Apprentices' Den, the Nursery and Healer's Den is made out of prickly brambles, pulled from the surrounding forest and the camp barrier. The den is braced against the camp wall, and an entrance is located at the front. really just a narrow hole, hard to see except for those who are looking. A shell is dug out of the soft earth underneath the brambles, creating a large, domed shape with a bramble roof. There is a small, cat-made, shallow dip in the ground near the camp wall, which is filled with water. A small indentation was clawed into the earth, reaching a stream that runs around the camp. Water flows through the indent and fills the shallow bowl with water. A small tunnel leads to a smaller den that's connected to the healer's den. This is the nursery, within easy reach of the Healer.
